Rockin Out!

Hello everyone!
Room 126 has been rockin out this week!! (Probably a tad bit unfortunate for all the classrooms around us since we like to sing on repeat!!). We have had so much fun with our new rounding song and it really helped make rounding "click" for many of our kiddos! Since rounding was a brand new concept for many, putting the concept to song made it less scary and tricky, and more like something fun to try. Check out our music skills below!!

We have so many fun things coming up in October.. including our Race for Education! Our theme this year is "We R United". To get some excitement flowing around the school we created our very own knight "shields!"

To end this post, I wanted to share something I did over the weekend that I L.O.V.E.D!!!!

They had teacher's day at the local Vera Bradley store... and I was in heaven!! Not only did I get a discount, but this store was gorgeous! Let's just say I will be carting all my school stuff back and forth to home in style ;)
